Nissan Leaf Tekna
This is an good condition, one owner, low mileage Nissan Leaf with the 30kWh battery pack and the upgraded 6.6kW AC charger. This is a top of the range Tekna model in metallic white. Tekna models have heated leather seats, heated steering wheel, Bose stereo, all round external cameras, LED headlights and 17" diamond cut alloys. This vehicle has just turned three years old, yet has only done 22,000 miles. The original manufacturer's warranty covers the battery pack to Sept 2024 (or 100,000 miles) and the EV components (motor, charger, inverter ec) to Sept 2021.

Watch the video above for a full review of the condition. Both inside and out, this car in great condition, but there are some scratches and marks on the bumpers which are all shown in the video and photo gallery. The car drives perfectly and everything works as it should do without any faults.
The tyre tread depths are: Front 4.5mm & 4.0mm, rear 7.0mm & 6.5mm.New tyres typically are 7.5mm treat depth. The legal limit is 1.6mm.
The Leaf has two charging ports at the front. A 50kW DC Chademo port for public DC rapid chargers and a type 1 (J1772) 6.6kW AC port for all other charging on AC power. This car has the upgraded 6.6kW , whereas the standard is 3.3kW.
Charge times (from empty) are around 30 mins to 80% full on a DC rapid charger. At home on a 7kW wall charger, the 30kWh battery will charge from empty to full in around 5.5 hours ( or up to 9.5 hours with a 3.3kW charger).
If charging from a normal 3-pin mains socket using a portable charger (often called a "granny cable"), charge times are longer as these only draw 10 amps and will take up to 15 hours (for the 30kWh battery).
The range of a vehicle is dictated by the battery capacity, driving style and temperature. Just like a petrol or diesel vehicle, range is reduced is you drive fast or uneconomically.
The official (NEDC) range is 155 miles, but in real life this is typically around 130 miles in the summer depending on driving style. In winter temperatures, the range will drop by around 15-20%. Top speed is 93 mph.

The battery SOH is currently (Feb 2019) is at 94%. SOH can fluctuate and I see from the stats that this vehicle only every had five DC rapid charge in its life. Often a rapid charge can help the battery. I wouldn't be surprised if this battery jumps back up to around 96% when the vehicle starts to get used again.
From new, the 30kWh Leaf gets an 8 year/100,000 miles warranty on the battery, 5 year/60,000 miles warranty on the high voltage components and 3 year/60,000 miles warranty on the standard components. The warranty on this vehicle is therefore:

The current MoT expires 28/09/2020. This was last done on 06/09/2019 at 18,775 miles.

Nissan servicing schedules on the Leaf are every 12 months and alternate between a minor service at £159 and a major service at £209. The major service includes brake fluid replacement.
