Peugeot Partner Electric guide
The Peugeot Partner Electric van is the same as the Citroen Berlingo, with only the front end being different. Both have sold in very small numbers in the UK due to lack of marketing by the manufactures and often little knowledge at many dealerships, despite it being the best electric van at the time. While the 2016 model has sold slightly sold better, still only 125 were sold in the UK in that year, so subsequently few come up for sale second hand. Sales have improved in 2018 and should continue as a new model is due in 2019.
The Partner Electric is an excellent van as all have DC rapid charging, air conditioning and they are the only electric van in the class to have three seats in the front. They also have strong regenerative brake (not adjustable) and you get one pedal driving in most circumstances. All Partner Electrics are battery owned, so don't have a battery lease as they do on the Renault Kangoo vans.

In the UK, the Partner Electric has only been available in one spec, the SE L1, since its launch in April 2013. In 2017 the L2 longer body version was available. The battery size hasn't changed during this period, so all vans are basically identical with very few optional extras when new, with main differences being only the bulkheads.
The Partner Electric van was launched in SE L1 spec with a 636kg payload, 3.3 cubic metre load space, 49 kW (67 hp) motor, 200Nm maximum torque, 22.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, DC 50kW rapid charging via a CHAdeMO socket, AC 3.7kW (16A) charging via a type-1 socket . The NEDC range was 106 miles, but in the real world this is more like 80-90 miles.
The only optional upgrades over the standard spec, were bluetooth, sat nav, rear parking sensors, extra airbags, full-size spare wheel, speed limiter, electric folding mirrors, glazed rear doors and metallic paint. The standard bulkhead is ladder rack behind the drivers seat. Options are a half height solid bulkhead with mesh on the top half and an access door behind the passenger seat for long loads, a full solid bulkhead, a full bulkhead with window and insulation.

All Partners have 3 seats
2013-2014 front end design
The Partner had a mild face lift in 2015 with the only differences limited to the front end, with a different grill & bumper. There were no internal or spec changes.
2015 front end design
The longer body L2 was available, increasing the load space to 3.7 cubic metres and with twin sliding side doors. This has a longer body, but the wheelbase remains the same as the extra cargo area is behind the rear axle. The same SE spec remains in both L1 and L2 bodies, but with a few new optional upgrades being a DAB radio and LED daytime running lights with colour coded bumpers were available as part of a £240 "Look pack" option.
The motor torque is now shown as 215Nm in the brochure, but power and other specs remain the same, so not sure if the electric motor has actually changed.
2018 Partner L2 variant
The extra length is behind the rear axle.
The speed limiter is now listed as standard equipment on the SE spec. This change may have been introduced earlier as the brochures don't always reflect build changes.
In 2019 an all-new Partner will be available. At the time of writing this (Dec 2018) no details are available on the future electric model, even though the all-new combustion engine model is now available to order. I would expect a battery upgrade as the current Renault Kangoo has had a 33kWh battery pack for a year now and I would also expect the AC charger to be upgraded to 7.6kW (32A).
