Range

The official range is 219 miles on the WLTP test cycle. The real world range can vary depending on driving efficiency, conditions and heater use. The Citroen e-C4 is very efficient if driven gently. Real world range can be between 160-250 miles.
The e-C4 has an efficient heat pump with a 5kW resistive heater to give near instant heat. For real world driving examples, see the videos on our YouTube channel and at the bottom of this page.

The range of a vehicle is dictated by the battery capacity, driving style and temperature. Just like a petrol or diesel vehicle,  range is reduced is you drive fast or uneconomically. For further details, see Range Explained.

Charging

The charge port is located on the nearside rear. It has both AC and DC charging via a CCS2 socket. The AC charging, typically at home over night, is up to 7.4kW. The DC rapid charging, typically at public roadside chargers, is up to 101kW.

Approximate charge times are:

• DC rapid charging, 10-80% in 26 mins.

• AC charging using a 7kW wall charger, 0-100% in 7-7.5 hours or 24-30 miles of range added per hour of charging.

• AC charging using a portable charger, 0-100% in 20-23 hours or 8-9 miles of range added per hour of charging.

Battery

50kWh lithium-ion battery with a usable capacity of around 46kWh. The battery warranty is 8 years/100,000 miles from new, to 70% state of health.

Condition

The tyre depths are: front both 5.1mm, rear both 6.0mm.

MoT

The first MoT is due 07/12/2024.

Service history

A main dealer service was completed on 04/12/2023 at 9,298 where a brake fluid change was also done.
The service intervals on the e-C4 is every 2 years.

Number of owners

2 since new.  V5 shows 1 previous keepers.
This has been our own vehicle and was previously a Citroen main dealer demonstration car.

Warranty

From new, the manufacturer's warranty is:

• 8 years/100,000 miles on the traction battery, which guarantees it to 70% capacity.

• 3 year/60,000 miles on the rest of the car.
