Overview
A 2014 Renault Zoe which has had one owner and only done 11,281 miles and is in fantastic condition. This is the rapid charge model with 43kW AC charging and can charge from 0-80% in only 30 minutes on a public rapid charger. This has the 22kWh battery pack which is currently leased. However, due to the recent changes, you can now buy the battery pack, so you have the option to buy the car with a leased battery or an owned battery. Or lease the battery for now and at a later date and turn it into a battery owned vehicle.
The Dynamique model has a reversing camera, rear parking sensors, sat nav, bluetooth for phone & music streaming, auto wipers & lights, cruise control, electric windows and hands-free key card. The Zoe has an efficient heat pump heating system with climate control, together with timed or remote heating activation so the car is either heated or cooled while plugged into the charger, before your journey starts .

Charging
The Zoe has a Chameloen onboard charger and can accept any AC single or 3-phase charging from 2.3kW-43kW. i.e. can be charged via a 10A 3-pin plug portable charger, 16A or 32A home charger or the public fast and rapid chargers (AC type 2 only).
Charging takes from 30 minutes to overnight, depending on what charger is being used. On a public 43kW rapid AC charger (i.e. an Ecotricity charger at a motorway services) the Q-motor Zoe will charge from flat to 80% in around 30 minutes. Charging on a home 7kW wall charger will take 4 hours to charge from flat to full.
43kW AC rapid charging = 30 mins to charge from 0-80%
7kW AC charging = 3.5-4 hours to charge from 0-100% or around 23 miles per hour of charging
2.3kW AC charging (granny cable) = 12 hours to charge from 0-100% or around 7.5 miles per hour of charging
Range
The range of a vehicle is dictated by the battery capacity, driving style and temperature. Just like a petrol or diesel vehicle, range is reduced is you drive fast or uneconomically. For further details, see Range Explained.
The official (NEDC) range is 149 miles, but in real life this is typically up to 90-100 miles in the summer, depending on driving style. Range is less in the winter due to lower temperatures and heater use and can be up to 20% less. Top speed is 84 mph.
Battery
While it is called the 22kWh battery, it is actually a 25.92kWh 400v lithium-ion battery, with an usable capacity of 23kWh. Battery is currently leased and therefore guaranteed for lifetime to 75% SOH. See below for further details on the battery lease.
The battery is currently at 98% state of health (as tested on 14/01/2020).
RCI are now giving owners of leased battery vehicles the option to purchase their packs. You can do this at any time.
Motor
65 kW (87 bhp) electric motor made by Continental, called the Q210, which allows 43kW rapid charging.
Condition

The tyre tread depths are: 8mm as all new tyres.

The original Renault warranty on the Zoe was 4 years on the vehicle and 5 years cover on the high voltage EV components. As this has now expired, this vehicle will have a comprehensive 3 month warranty from Go Green Autos, with roadside recovery.
The traction battery is warranted for lifetime under the battery hire agreement and includes Renault's ZE Assist roadside assistance.
MoT
The current MoT has expired and a new MoT will be completed before the vehicle is delivered.
Service history
The original users manual, which includes the service sheets is missing, so there is no previous service history. This is less important on electric vehicles and the manufacturer's warranty has expired on this vehicle anyway. But it is clear this car has had a BMS (battery management system) software update which can only be done by Renault dealers, so I therefore suspect all the servicing has been completed.
However, it has just had a thorough inspection and service at Go Green Autos with new tyres fitted, new cabin filter, new key batteries and the air conditioning system re-gassed.
Number of owners
1 since new. The V5 shows no previous keepers.

Home charging equipment
All vehicles from Go Green Autos come with the FREE loan of a portable charger, if the charger is not included with the vehicle. This means you can start using your new EV immediately and charge at home using a standard 3-pin mains socket, until your wall charger is installed. Subject to conditions.
